While it may be a saying steeped in history, there is still a noticeable pattern for clients to really look to restore wood floors. The winter has passed, and it is more than likely that the winter has been tough on your wood floors. Wet, cold, muddy weather often means that the floors in your home are tested throughout the colder months. Dirt is dragged in from outside as we hurry to remove shoes that we may have left outside previously.

It is hard to know the reasoning for this other than people preparing for the winter and wanting to restore their beautiful wooden floors, ready for the festive period. Autumn really has become the new Spring.
